Positive: I always have a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Makkah. The hotel is very close to Haram and provides an excellent shuttle service to Haram every minute, which makes it very convenient for guests. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall service is excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Shaffath, the manager, who always helps me with my bookings and ensures everything goes smoothly. His professionalism and hospitality make every stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.
